White Chocolate Cheesecake
2 8 0z. packages cream cheese softened
1 cup melted white chocolate
2 eggs well beaten
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 9 inch deepdish graham cracker piecrust
Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond extract
together and beat until smooth, add sour cream and blend. Pour
into pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until
set.
